No Local Channels

My local channels all went out about 7:15 p.m. EST.  I receive locals out of Atlanta.  Is there some sort of system problems or do I have dish problems.

I lost locals out of Boston.  I thought it was due to the Hurricane though....I know it doesn't help, but maybe the problem is with Direct TV.

Atlanta locals in HD are down - called DTV - they are aware and working on it.  Said SD locals should work though.

I looked at settings- "channels I get" and SD channels are no longer listed as they previously were.  There's only one channel listed for each network, which I assume is the HD version.  Is it possible to get the SD version of the network channels anymore?

I am in Daytona Beach FL and have not had any local channels on any of my tvs/receivers for over a half an hour.  I have tried resetting the receivers and calling in to Direct TV ....I get the automated system waited for 20 minutes then got disconnected.  Called back two more times and got transferred to a busy signal which disconnected me twice.

Atlanta GA is an MPEG4 market only, which means that there are no SD local Channels available
