On Demand apps not working
I sure hope I can get some help it seems that there are problems with direct tv. My on demand apps like nbc or HBO does not work when I try to watch a show. How do I fix this I have rebooted the recover before

Hello @BayouNola,
Have you tried to do a reset on your AT&T AccessID password? This tends to help get past these type of sign in issues. To learn how to reset your password view this Recover Your Access ID password. We hope this helps!

Hey Att I'm not sure if you understand my problem when I go to HBO on demand and look up the Sopranos to watch or something on NBC and look up a old series to watch I keep getting a message that says
"Sorry! We have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected."
The issue started about a month or 2 ago when I first got Directv it worked. Please how do I fix it I've rebooted everything with no fix. What can I Do?????????????
