Playlist not showing on Genie

My playlist has stopped showing on my Genie HR54.

 

This happened a few days ago and I had to reset the receiver. Now it is happening again tonight, butI don't want to have to reset the box every day. I've noticed that other people have had similar issues and the only answer is always "reset the receiver". There has to be a better permanent solution.

It's a bug.  Others have reported it, too.  Resetting the box will bring back the recordings, so they're not really gone.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

If you have an HR2* also on your system, and your genie is connected to the internet, please call 1-800-531-5000 so DIRECTV can escalate it to engineering.
