Recently Up-Graded DIRECTV to a DVR Box and 2 Genies

I am at my Sisters house due to a recent surgery. About 2 weeks ago they up-graded to a DIRECTV  DVD Box and 2 Genie Boxes for 2 other rooms with TV. The TV that has the DVR Box connected to it  has been giving a "NO SIGNAL" message. Sometimes the TV has worked but mostly No SIGNAL" The 2 TV's connected to the genie boxes are working fine. Has anyone had this problem or know why this is happening ? Any help would be much appreciated!!  Thank You !!

Usually a No signal means that the TV is not on the DTV input use the TV's remote or the button on the TV that says input/source to cycle through the inputs.

You say it has sometimes worked. First verify the TV is on the correct input to begin with as No Signal is a TV error message. Next check the HDMI cord that goes between the Genie and TV to make sure it is secure on both sides. Reset the Genie box (red button behind access card door). Remember, the Mini Genie Clients will not work while the Genie is resetting.
