Retrieve pin

I just got the genie 2 with 4 minis not even 2 weeks ago. Since then I’ve had this error message twice. None of TVs have anything that works other than the cancel button and then searches and comes back to the same retrieve pin screen. First time it corrected itself and no idea how, it just started working. All TVs were working, didn’t turn the main tv on for 3 days. Turned it on last night and said retrieve pin, the other 3 TVs were working fine. Unplugged the tower, cause that’s what I was told to do if there was ever a problem, now none of them work and they all say the same thing. This is ridiculous. Everywhere I look says to go to the menu screen and blah blah blah, but there’s no menu screen to go to on any tv. None! So how do I fix it then?

You should still be under the 90 day install warranty get a tech back.
