Same internet?

I could use my iPhone as a remote until we got different internet.  Now I entered our new company on the tv.  1) it doesn’t stay on the new service. 2) I still can’t use my iPhone

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?

Have you removed the info for the old connection and added the new one on the phone?

Does it not work at all or does it start/stop working randomly or switching which DirecTV box is being controlled? (issue we had a while back as phone remote would occasionally control a box in another room. First time was funny when roommate was trying to figure what was going on with their "possessed" TV)

Model of DirecTV boxes and which one are you trying to control?

(Don't know what further you are asking with topic "Same internet?", especially since you have a different internet provider now)
