I have an onn TV set and the remote is broken I can't buy just the remote for this TV, they want me to buy a universal remote. They are too big, and if I don't have to, right before Christmas, would rather not purchase one. I see a lot of apps on Play Store where I can download a universal remote on my phone when I did there is no onn for aTV brand. Do you have any suggestions I'd appreciate them thank you
What model number did you use to enter your own code?? I clicked on "I don't know my model number" and it automatically scans 65 different codes. In the process of going through the codes, it freezes up.
To program your direct TV genie remote to your ONN tv, choose RCA as the brand and choose idk my model number and it will search, select the 4th code it will work!
I have tried all of the solutions above for my ONN TV And they have not worked on my DIRECTV remote genie. The last entry was May. Does anybody have any current code for the ONN TV? It seems to me that from how old some of these entries on this forum are DIRECTV should’ve added this TV to their list!!

I did a google search and found out that ONN is made by Durabrand. The remote code fully worked for Durabrand.
