Why won’t a program that I watched and deleted on one tv won’t delete from another tv?

If you're talking about the favorites custom list, it's done individually from each location. 

What are the receiver models? Was the program that you deleted from that EXACT receiver that deleted it or from another receiver? Do you get an error code? Perhaps the receiver in the other room prevents deletion from other receivers. This can be changed from Menu, Settings, and Whole Home

If both are DVRs that each recorded the program, deleting on one doesn't delete on the other. That is done individually.

What are the models of both of those boxes?

Did they both record the program or just one?

We have a quick fix for this! From the Share Playlist Menu, you can set up which receivers can delete shows from a playlist.
