Cancel Subscription

I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription online and I get the error that the process is not available at this time.  I have tried to find a phone number to call to no avail and the automated chat is useless in helping me cancel.  It tells me to do what I am already doing and of course it does not work.  I want to cancel my subscription now.

Same problem.  I just wanted to cancel because of the high price, but now with the incredibly poor online or phone support I doubt if I ever will consider Directv Stream in the future.

Thank you, after more than 1 hour of finally getting a person on chat they were able to take care of my cancelation.
