All i see is the Directv Stream splash page. Is there a fix for this?

I have internet connection. I have done the speed test and it is strong. But, none of my streaming boxes are working. I have done the factory reset on all devices.

Troubleshoot video streaming issues
Restart your device.
Close & reopen the YouTube TV app.
Check for app or device updates.
Check your internet connection.
Check on your location permissions.
Restart your browser & devices.
Check for browser updates.
Check your internet connection.

What streaming devices do you have? What error code (s) do you receive? Do any other streaming apps work? What troubleshooting have you done and has this been an issue in the past?

@petergroft Why did you say "close and reopen youtube tv app" ? This is a Dtv Stream forum. Plus the OP has a Dtv stream box--is not using the Dtv stream app.
