Direct stream

Having issues getting into direct stream on my Roku smart TVs… keeps saying login into direct tv but I’m logged in online

Yes I just switched last week bc we moved and I didn’t wanna do the satellite dish so I decided to try this but so far no luck on the smart TVs. Wondering if I need to buy a chrome cast or Roku device and try on 1 of the TVs?

If you had a DirecTV subscription which you just cancelled and a DirecTV Stream subscription which you just started, you may be caught in a problem they've had for years (it existed under AT&T also) - their account management system gets confused by having the same user credentials tied to multiple services.  When you say you are "logged in online", what are you logged into?

When I try and login on direct tv.com it takes me to Att.com where I am logged in

You may want to check if your device is compatible with the DIRECTV STREAM app.

 

Also, you can delete and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app off your device and log in again. 

 

If you are experiencing trouble logging in, you may want to change your USER ID and sign in through https://direc.tv/2ZdLRaN.
