Direct TV stream set up problems

So I just recently purchased this stream box maybe a few hours ago. I set up my account and even accessed the online tv service. But my issue comes with the stream box itself when plugged in it only shows the start up (Direct TV powered by android tv) for a few seconds then it says no signal and remains with no signal.

OK. Then the "No Signal" message was from your TV. It wasn't receiving the video signal from the DirecTV box.

Are you a DirecTV Stream or DirecTV Satellite customer?

Looks like you have a DirecTV Satellite box that's expecting to see a satellite antenna.

Sounds like they got it used to get it that quick. High risk of DirecTV (satellite) firmware that cannot work with DIRECTV STREAM.

I'm DirecTV Stream customer and I got it to work on one of my other TV's. I don't undestand why it worked after but it may be since my main tv is from 2014 with 0 smart tv capabilities while my other tv is a hisense tv. I was talking to customer service for a good hour and the troubleshooting led nowhere but it seems to work fine all the features are present.
