Directv streaming service stopped suddenly. Starlink internet
We have Starlink internet, and Directv Streaming. We've had it for several months. Directv stopped working 3 days ago. We've spent hours on the phone with directv with no luck. Cleared cach; data; uninstalled; restarted; reinstalled; change/updated password; installed updates on everything. Its the same for all tvs. We are in SoCal.

I called DIRECTV technical support 3 times today. No one was aware of this issue. I finally spoke with someone willing to open a ticket and give me a Case ID number. Has anyone else had any luck with this issue?

They did the same for me a week ago. Still waiting for a response.
There’s a bloke on the big ol’ utube machine that covers a lot of pros and cons with Starlink. Search for JChristina. He covers a lot of topics. He suggests using a VPN service that will give you a static IP for a few dollars more. You would need to have an external router that is VPN capable and purchase the Ethernet adapter from Starlink. It’ll require a bit of effort and expense but DirecTV stream will work over it.

Bringing this back up to the top of the Forum, there are a bunch of folks, looks like many (if not all) are from CA, that lost their DTVStream service over Starlink last week.
I can confirm, everything else (non DTV Streaming services) works over starlink, and this applies to all routes into DTV Stream (the stream device, phone app, Roku app etc).
DTV Stream is asleep at the wheel here
