You would have to get in touch with your phone/internet provider!  As Directv is a Satellite and Streaming provider only.  If your phone/internet provider is At&t, you would have to contact them or post on the At&t forum as this is the one for Directv Streaming as they are two separate companies!

@PhilsDad

Contact your internet service provider (ISP).

DirecTV is a TV service only. They don't give you internet or phone.

You can solve most issues by rebooting your modem. Try unplugging it, waiting thirty seconds, plug it back in, and wait two minutes before trying to re-open any websites. This tends to solve most problems, but not all. If this works, you can identify the problem as an issue with one of your home network components.

Thanks, @rachelgomez_123

I knew rebooting solves most problems but I had no idea it could repair a phone line that was damaged when a tree fell on it.

How does rebooting a modem fix this issue as posted by the OP. Please explain such a magical repair.

@rachelgomez_123 account is a (Edited per community guidelines) account. Notice how it replies in almost all the threads (even ones weeks old without comments)--and says something completely irrelevant.
