Problems with TV set-top box

I have been having several issues with my Att / direct TV set-top box. 

1) only some apps will stream correctly. For example Disney plus will download and play 1 video then runs into streaming issues and displays an error. I untilstall and remove data and it still doesn't help. Now it crashes. Other apps do similar. 

2) there is a odd green screen glitch. It was occasional but bow it's every hour. 

3) The box is now crashing and a red light is flashing after last restart and dies seem to connect to the internet. 

Currently using the app on roku but would like a replacement box. My other boxes doing have any issues.

Contact support for replacement. This is just a customer forum.

Lol. Thanks. Not sure why I would be taken to a user forum when I select help from the Support menu.

The entries in the top part of the Support page are actual support entries.  The "Contact us" entries at the bottom take you to Support reps.  For whatever reason, they put "Trending in the community" in between those 2 sections, and that is links to posts here in the customer forum with recent responses.  There is also a link after that "Go to community forum" that will take you here.   For someone not familiar with the forums, I can see how that could be confusing.
