Receiver keep freezing.

My receiver keeps freezing after about an hour of streaming.

How do you get it going again after it's frozen?

If it's a DirecTV Stream box, it could be defective.

I have unplugged it multiple times along with a factory reset.

By "receiver" you mean a DirecTV branded streamer or some other streaming device?

@evanscannon it’s really called the DIRECTV STREAM Osprey Box. But, just saying DIRECTV streamer box or something similar is fine. As stated earlier, your DIRECTV STREAM Osprey Box needs to be replaced.

Freezing can occur if there is a poor signal or the signal is weak enough for the device to get frozen.
