Roku won’t stream DirecTV

My new Roku Express 4k will NOT connect to DirecTV Stream. I was on the phone with Support for an hour and it is still not working. I was told the issue would be escalated and to keep checking. Has anyone else had their issue resolved?

Can you explain the steps you are taking and what the Roku is doing when you try to sign on?

Ive had the same issue for over three weeks without resolution. They have escalated multiple times and all without an answer to when this will be resolved. They also don't own the issue. They leave it to you to follow up. They make me feel like they just dont care. I have 4 roku tvs with no service.
