Streaming with streaming device or DIRECTV stream app

Ordered dIRECTV streaming and three streaming devices. Two of our TVs only had coaxial input no HDMI. Set up one TV with the streaming device no problem. Bought two new Samsung smart TVs (listed as compatible with DIRECTV streaming on website). Waited about 10 days for delivery and set up. When trying to use the DIRECTV streaming app received error code 403 please try again later. Decided to try the streaming device. After connection to Internet set up and loading guide and on demand it said we are signing you in. After a short time it switched to use your AT&T ID and password to sign in. Click on OK cycles back to we are signing you in without asking for ID and password. After two or three calls to customer support, resetting the streaming device changing password etc. was told the problem was on their end and I was not the only one having it. Please wait 24 to 48 hours and try again. I am now at about 85 hours still no luck. Going to call them back as instructed but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Please let us know if you have the same user ID linked to different accounts. If so, have you tried changing the user ID for your DIRECTV STREAM service?
