BEING BILLED FOR CANCELLED ACCOUNT

DirecTv stopped accepting control from Alexa

Alexa (Amazon Echo) will no longer control my DirecTV Genie. I have deleted the devices, deleted the skill, reninstalled the skill, rediscovered devices, reset the receiver, nothing works. Alexa responds as if it is interacting with the Genie Reciever (“Tuning to xx on DirecTV”) but nothing happens.

Setting Direct TV box to receive IR signal

I just purchased a new Samsung QLED TV and am trying to set up the Samsung universal remote.  I cannot get it to work with my Direct TV box.  Samsun says, "Check if your satellite box is set to receive IR signals for universal remote." I cannot figure out how to do that.  Help!

Program guide wrong for Sacramento local station KXTV 10

Program guide listing for Sacramento area Sunday mornings 1:00-3:00AM is wrong, has programs starting at 5 after the hour instead of on the hour and the program descriptions aren't right either, Castle is currently in season 1 and the description says season 7.

Can’t pause directv

When I am watching a recorded program and I pause the TV it comes back on after 30 seconds, so I cannot pause the TV. also, when you go to all of your recordings and you’ve already watch something - there’s nothing that says start back to the beginning, etc., there are no options except to delete.

Cannot delete programs from my Directv App playlist

I cannot delete programs from my directv app playlist. When I press delete, it says program cannot be deleted. When I go my DVR list on TV, the program is not on the playlist but still appears on app playlist and cannot be deleted. My playlist does not refresh on the app now either.I also no longer

Phone connections still required?

I am moving and having DIRECTV install at new home. My question is do you still need phone lines for the receiver in the genies? Or are they not required anymore and just having high-speed Wi-Fi will suffice? I do not have phone lines near where I plan to install the TVs.
