I used to be able to watch tv apps on my iPad using my Direct TV log in before the AT&T change over. I have called DirectTV support, obtained a new password and when I try to use that password on the TV apps such as ABC, NBC etc. it logs me in fine, but when I click to watch a show, I receive a 0033

Recently Up-Graded DIRECTV to a DVR Box and 2 Genies

I have a couple of TVs that qualify as HDs.  One is attached to my main box and the other to my Genie.I have verified under settings that both are acceptable but neither are selectable under the format button.Both only go as high as the 1080i even though both are set to 1080P. What am I missing here
