Trying to use closed caption from Spanish to English watching a Spanish channel and need help. I've been able to use it before on satellite. Thank you!

On channels 38 and 53 I am no longer receiving my local programming,instead I am seeing metv . The guide and the banner at the top of the screen are correct but the programming is metv and not the correct programming . We reset the main genie box but nothing happened. Any suggestions
