After watching a program recorded on my dvr via the direct TV app away from my home, how can I delete the recording from my dvr?

I have the list from direct tv of what receivers need to be returned. Do I need to return power cords and remotes too?

I am trying to go to the guide and the controller is frozen on one channel.

All my recordings were gone today. The DVR was updating when I turned it on and when it came back they are gone. I have reset the DVR and nothing Please help

One of my remote is not working. Change batteries does not help.

So I just got a genie 2 earlier this week for Christmas. I have three in my apartment and I was wondering if you can only DVR shows on only one TV in this house. I don’t want my DVR recordings to show up on my other two TVs as my family and I have different shows and movies. Please help.

Just got a new replacement Genie remote. It seems to be working fine except when pressing OFF. The remote turns off the receiver but then the TV show a No Signal message. The old remote use to turn off the receiver and TV. Any suggestions?

Im attempting to connect my Vu cube v10 to my H24 receiver. Worked great with my previous sd receiver. King Controls told me it is designed to work with this receiver, but after going through the setup, it says satellite signal could not be detected. What am I doing wrong. Any help is appreciated.
