Hello, I recently purchased 4 Samsung smart tv's. ( 2020's) and I was told when I purchased them that I could download the "Directv" app to the tv's and not have to hook up the genie boxes. I have looked in the app store and the "Directv" app is not there. Can anyone help me please.

I would like to get a higher capacity external HDD to use with my Genie.  Once I install and pair the new HDD with my Genie, can I then transfer the recordings on my old, smaller capacity HDD to the new, higher capacity HDD and still watch them?  I am NOT changing Genies, just getting a new, higher

I've had this happen a few times. I have a number of sports teams set up (My Teams) to record all of their games. If a game happens to get assigned to a 4K channel (e.g., 105 or 106), my HR44 marks that for recording instead of the lower resolution channel it is on (e.g. 219 FS1HD). The problem?
