My DVR automatically jumps to live tv

I have an HR54/200 receiver and am having issues when i turn to a channel that gives me the option to restart the current show from the beginning. It allows me to restart the show, however, once the show gets to the point where it was when i restarted it, it automatically jumps to live tv.

Why am I still being billed after cancelling service months ago?

I cancelled my service months ago. It was repeatedly getting turned off because we had a discrepancy. Then they would turn it back on. Then turn it off.. I would pay then all over again. I finally had enough and canceled. I turned my equipment in almost two months ago. I got a bill today for service

Tiger vs. Phil 4k problems

Watching in 4k but continue to have sound dropouts and screen dropouts for 2-3 seconds every couple of minutes.  I've rebooted and continue to have the same issue.  No problems on the HD channel.  Using Genie HS17/100.
