We're here to help with your NFL SUNDAY TICKET concern. To begin with, may I know if your NFL SUNDAY TICKET subscription is attached to our DIRECTV Satellite service? Or is it a standalone subscription?

I have the same issue many people seem to have. I signed up for NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV trial with monthly payments about four hours ago got a confirmation email, an account number and a confirmation number and have not been able to log in at all. It doesn't recognize my login/password combo, it doesn't recognize my email to reset my password, it doesn't recognize any of my information (phone, last four digits of CC etc..) to check my login.

I am going through the same issue! I bought the NFL Sunday ticket with the student discount. I have the confirmation email saying my account was created, but I can’t login into the app. I went at it on my phone & laptop for over an hour. Extremely frustrating!!

I bought Sunday ticket as a college student but I cant login it takes me to a directtv login and asks for a user and password. but i was never asked to give a userid or a password. Ive tried my email that doesn't work. And that's the only thing i gave them besides a card number. I have a confirmation email that i bought it and all it gives me is an account number and my email. No login instructions or anything.

I called and it was a known issue, but no resolution.around 2:30 PM EST. They said probably an hour or so. I have a sick dog at the ER vet right now, so it dropped from highest to lowest priority today.

I just purchased NFLST stand alone and can log in on my computer but not on my TV or phone. Password is correct but it is saying wrong credentials. Anyone know how to fix this?

@DIRECTVhelp I've tried all the fixes you gave @fossadam above--none of them worked. Like @fossadam I can watch the games on my laptop, but when I try to sign into the Sunday Ticket app (on my Roku or PS4), I get the ""We couldn't find this email address and password combination on file. Please try entering your info again" message. It's frustrating that multiple users have had this issue and 1) you did very little to address it during the games last Sunday, and 2) you still don't seem to have fixed it now. I get that you're the only game in town that has this service, but it would be nice if you at least acted like you cared about your customers.
If you are doing anything to fix this issue, I would appreciate it if you would share it very publicly on your website, so that all NFLST users can see what's been done and/or what's being done.

I am having the same issue from last week. Two weeks in a row without a resolution is ridiculous especially since the deadline to cancel for a full refund was last week. Please correct the issue

Can someone confirm what is being done to resolve this issue and provide a timeline of resolution? It has been an entire 7 days since the initial reports, no communication even acknowledging that they are ‘officially’ aware of the issue and working to resolve. A second week of service not offered and I’ll be reaching out to cancel with an expectation of a full refund.

Hello, thanks for responding. I am reading from others that it’s related to our school accounts. I have tried all of the trouble shooting recommendations. I don’t see the option to stream from my iPad browser as others have. But it be a usable temp solution vs being shut out for a second week
