205.4 ERROR

This company and their customer service are T R A S H. Their customer service team cannot be understood as it seems they are all speaking with cotton balls in their mouths & they just keep re-routing. 

Forums on here don’t answer a single question….now I am about to reshop. Paying $500/month to a company that can’t get it together.

$500 a month for the internet streaming service? Oh really, please explain.

Care Code 205.4 is a DirecTV satellite error. Are you a previous satellite subscriber? Using the same credentials? You need to use different emails for the services. Known issue and reported many times in the forum.
