Hi @SerialStryker thanks for reaching out and thank you @bcbsncjlj for helping. 

let's try the next steps to sign in to your account:

1. Be sure to use your DIRECTV STREAM user ID & password for sign in.
2. Get help with your DIRECTV STREAM user ID if you forgot it. We'll send an email to the account holder with further instructions. 
3. Get password help if you can't remember your password. An email will be sent to the account holder with password rest instructions.

Also here you will find all the errors you may have when trying to log in to your DIRECTV STREAM account, please let us know how it goes!
