Audio\Video Sync

When I watch from the Direct TV device the audio and video do not sync. The CBS channel is not bad, but the other channels are way off. If I disconnect the box and install the Streaming app everything syncs. I am OK using the streaming app. my wife is not.

  1. Check the audio and video cables connecting the Direct TV device to the TV to ensure that they are securely plugged in.

  2. Restart the Direct TV device by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in.

  3. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your Direct TV device, and if so, update it to the latest version.

  4. Adjust the audio and video settings on the Direct TV device to see if it improves the sync issue.
