cancel subscription button not working

I'm trying to cancel my subscription, I click on the"continue to cancel" button but nothing happens. Your site is bugged which proves all the more reason for me to cancel this terrible  service. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!

Also, I tried to talk to an agent,  it says that the working hours are until midnight central time, its 1032PM ET, and the chatbot says all agents have gone home for the night. I dont have an issue with them not being available because they arent working, but then dont say in the chat bot that the hours are until midnight central time if they arent actually available until then.

Also, no seek forward other than to click forward a million times to go forward like 30 minutes in a recorded show is unacceptable. Makes the service unusable. Im cancelled for this reason, plus two others. The second reason is because when I open the directv streamin app on my google tv it auto plays the AE channel, this isnt useful and just frustrates me. I didnt select that channel to start watching by default, it shouldnt show anything until I select what I want to watch. The third reason is because today I went to watch a recorded sports game, someone in my household had watched it earlier. Rather than giving me an option to start over, or at least tell me that it had been played until almost the end, the "watch now" button on the episode started the sports game at the end of the game and completely spoiled the game for me. With the main reason of not being able to seek backwards to the start of the game, I have to click back a million times, it made it so I couldnt go back and watch the game. This makes the service not functional for me. I am cancelling the directv streaming service today, I dont care that I have to pay full price this month I will not be using it again. I am returning to using fubotv and sling for my streaming needs.

Disable your ad/popup blocker. Then try it.

I didnt have a pop up blocker. I refreshed the account page, went back in, then the chat box popped up and took care of my cancel request.
