Can't login to sunday ticket
Just subscribed. Get message on both iphone and PC that login credentials don't work. Im about to give up and cancel. Can anyone help?

Could you please confirm for us your NFL subscription. Do you get NFL SUNDAY TICKET through DIRECTV Satellite or as a standalone service?
Do you get an error code message when you try to login?
Finally, could you please confirm for us your PC software version and your iPhone model?
