CBS Black Scree

On CBS I the Orlando DMA I am getting a black screen very often it seems like several times a minute. I get it on IPad, Apple TV, and Roku devices. I also get it on my home network and on my phone hotspot.

Really? You've got to be kidding me. You have a big problem with the Orlando CBS affiliate which is over the area channel 6.

The issue/problem is 100% with the Direct TV Stream product as evidenced by many of us being able to recreate the issues with all aspects of accessing DTS, but NOT seeing any issues with over-the-air reception of the same channel at the same time.

Orlando I believe is a fairly large market for DTS - I would think you want to get this resolved. Tick-tock, tick-tock, time's passing by very quickly and your service continues to decline. Too bad - over a year ago when AT&T launched this service, it was competitive. Today, not so much, and now with CBS unwatchable, that tips the scale to where DTS is no longer attractive. 

Yes - it's time to start looking at others....

I think the biggest frustration is that DTStream is being advertised as the next best thing since sliced bread, when in actuality nothing has really improved with quality at launch and here now weeks later. It's still AT&T TV as far as service quality goes and you're promoting this like it's all new.  We hope that we see even more improvements to make it more competitive with the DVR hours offerings for the basic amount, also the DVR recordings overlapping times, adding the NFL Network. Just to name a few improvements. This all glares more when there are issues like a channel flickering on and off for days now. This is something that should be addressed right away as it's affecting watching a channel. We don't want to use an antenna, that's why we're paying this premium fee for the service. That can change though.
