Direct TV App iPhone login issue

When I trying to open the app on my iPhone it keeps buffering. It says I need a subscription but it works on my iPad.

Using Apple's Single Sign-On Option (SSO)? Try deleting the provider, restart, add the provider back. Of course this has nothing to do with your buffering, which is nothing but a result of congestion, but this may help on your login issue. The SSO has been known to cause issues in the past.

Thanks. I found out that I changed my sign on using my iPad and that was the problem. I deleted the app and signed back in with new information. Works fine now.
