DirectTV Stream Guide
Is there anyway to disable the preview on the guide. It is painfully slow to arrow down through this guide. And before anyone mentions network speed, I DO NOT use WiFi. My TV is connected by Cat6 Cable directly to my router which has 1gb download and 1gb upload. It is NOT a connectivity issue. If I could disable the preview on the guide it would be liveable. Otherwise I am going back to my previous service.
Thanks.

Thank you @litzdog911 for the prompt responses.
First, let's confirm if the device is compatible with the App. Also we can try to uninstall and re install the app on your TV to make sure you get the latest version.
Please let us know how it goes, we are here for you.

That appears to have made it livable. Thank you for your help. Love the quality of Direct Stream, and the guide is at least functional now. Thanks again.

What streaming device are you using? Seems pretty speedy on my Rokus and DirecTV Stream boxes.

I am downloaded the D-Stream app directly to the Samsung TV.

The Samsung DirecTV Stream App is the worst. Many many posts here about its poor quality. A $30 Roku or FireStick might perform much better.

I hope the Directv stream box gets the new guide like the Roku has.
