Error

I was watching a show I recorded and it stopped and gave me: there was a problem playing this content. Please try again later. Or either error: look like we ram into some trouble loading this content.??

Somebody posted elsewhere that there was an issue with the DVR cloud service today. Perhaps this problem is related to that?

What streaming device are you using?

What sort of internet service and download speed do you have?

What channel/network?

It’s Apple.  Have not had any problems until now and have had direct tv stream for over a year. The show was a movie on lifetime

Hi @hallmark2022 let's work on a fix together.

Please try these steps and let us know how it goes:

- Check for app updates in your app store. If an update is available, install it and restart your device.
- Check for device software updates and install.
- Close and restart the DIRECTV STREAM app.
- Reboot your phone or tablet.
- Uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app.

Re-launch the DIRECTV STREAM app and try again.
