- iPad mini4

I receive the error "Looks like we ran into some trouble loading this content.  Please try again in a bit." when trying to stream anything on my iPad mini 4. 

IOS 15.5

Direct TV Stream app version 4.0.32 - Build 37005

Sometimes it streams and sometimes it does not.  I have tried on several wi-fi networks all running over 25 Mbps.

I have reinstalled the app several times and restarted the iPad.

I have no other streaming issues with other applications.

Any known issues or suggestions?

@Tbake there is no longer an app called ‘DIRECTV STREAM.’ Recently, DIRECTV themselves changed the app to integrate both their satellite and streaming service. Now, the app is called just ‘DIRECTV.’ Try installing this new application as well as re-entering your credentials.

That is the app I have installed.  My bad.  It is called DIRECTV.  App version 4.0.32 - Build 37005

I signed out and back in, and that fixed this issue.
