I have Roku Model 3920X, I've been streaming DirecT on it for four years. Two weeks ago I started getting care code 600 and now I can't sign into the device. Streaming still works on all my other devices so I am using the correct username and password. 

I've done all of the steps, restarted Roku, checked on internet connected, deleted and reloaded app, checked for app updates and nothing has worked. I reached out to DTV and they keep telling me there is a service outage and to keep waiting. It's been two weeks and it works everywhere but one device, and it's the device I watch every day. Frustration is starting to settle in, wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

Not really having issues with the Roku Dstream app necessarily, but for like 2 or 3 months or so ago now,every time you either enter the app or switch to a different channel it takes anywhere between 7 to 20 seconds and anywhere in between to load. It wasn't nearly that bad a few months back. Not sure if it was an update issue or what? I tried rebooting my router, uninstalling the app and factory resetting my Roku tv and  the problem remains. I also have a firestick connected to the Roku tv and the Dstream app loads practically instantly on the Firestck.

Yes, I’m having issues on my Roku devices where DVR content plays for a couple seconds then video freezes and audio continues to play. My Apple TV (same tv) works fine. Please help! I’ve updated to the latest app too

ours plays and then freezes and then either we have to turn it off completely or it randomly resets itself. all other apps on our roku work fine except this.....super frustrating we can't even watch one show. seems like it's time to go back to cable

YES!! UGHHH Even "removing the channel" on my Roku and unplugging everything and then turning everything back on and reinstalling the app did not work and I've tried MULTIPLE timesssss. VERY frustrating! Internet connection is def not a problem. It's like as soon as I turn the live channel on, in less than 10 seconds, the frame freezes but the audio is still live. And that's on every channel. PLEASE HELP!

@sbcreighton I spoke w/ DirecTV Stream tech support today. Apparently they are aware of the issue and working on it but cannot provide an ETA of when it will be functioning properly again. This is ridiculous. I am looking for another provider to switch to.

The stream app keeps freezing video (audio keeps playing) after about 5 seconds of playing any show/channel. It only happens on our 4k+ devices, not on our TCL Roku TVs though. It is extremely inconvenient because the two main TVs in our house are non-functional now for almost a month. Both the Roku and Stream app are updated to the latest versions, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app or factory resetting the roku device did not resolve the issue. please help @DIRECTVhelp

We just subscribed to DS five days ago and are experiencing the “known problem” with our Roku Tv uninstall reinstall app several times last 24hrs, freezing DRV content and now unable do access service on iPad and on my Google Pixel phone.  Got a $20 credit and a promise to fix by Thursday, Nov 10.  Thankfully our RokuTv in den is hanging on and our Roku device in our bedroom.  Code 600

From other threads this seems to be an ongoing issue for months ago and not just the last few days.
