New customer...local channels not even showing in the guide

I just signed up for Directv Stream. After setting up the Directv channel on my ROKU app on my TV, I'm getting everything except my local channels and regional sports channel. However, when I watch from the Directv app on my phone, I can see all the local stuff. I had originally thought it had something to do with and ip address, but both my TV and phone are using wifi from the same router. I've done every type of reset known to man. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also try restarting your modem/router. Does your billing zip code match your IP zip code? Make sure your billing address/zip on file is current.

I've restarted my modem multiple times and yes my billing zip matches. At my wits end.

Make sure that your home wifi network is set to home.

The "home" setting is only used on the DirecTV Stream box.
