Signal is buffering
Random channels at random times the signal drops out and the buffering wheel appears. A few second later the image returns and the picture is pixelated for a few more seconds. It does not do this with other apps (Netflix,prime,HBO max) only on the DirectStream app. I just swithed over from U-verse to Directstream. I am still using the AT&T Model 5268AC Fiber router.

AT&T fiber into the house, into AT&T Model 5268AC (ONT device) used to have U-Verse, ethernet connected to Samsung TU8000 75 inch TV (2020 model). I have 1GiG service.

Do a search for Samsung tv on this forum. That app is awful. Get an external device.

The Samsung DirecTV Stream App is junk. You'll have much better experience with a $30 Roku or FireStick.
