I have been a customer for several years now. About two months ago, we started having sound issues with ATT TV Now and it persists with Direct Stream. We will be watching TV and there will be sporadic buzzing in the audio as we watch. The audio will randomly mute while simultaneously having distorted sound. More often the sound just becomes distorted and staticky. We have Roku Ultras that we recently purchased to replace the ones we have had for about 3-4 years. This was after we purchased new HDMI cables. We have several other apps that we use on the Rokus and this is the only app with sound issues. Please provide solutions for these issues that are not resolved by following suggestions on your website through the “help” topics.
