Sorry, unfortunately not. Why exactly did you need such information? Are you having issues with your DIRECTV stream service right now while in your home location?

If you are getting that error it must not be related to someone else using your DIRECTV stream service. At home, you receive twenty simultaneous streams (while in your home location). While you are using directv stream away from home, you get three simultaneous streams. These streams are not interchangeable in any way, so thus someone using away streams cannot interfere with your home streams.
I suspect the reason for this issue is that directv stream thinks your home location is actually an ‘away’ location, thus only granting you three streams. This is usually due to the fact that you are not using a static IP, an IP that doesn’t change over time in comparison to a dynamic IP.

How do I get my son to set up as an away location. I know he is one of them?

Your son can simply get the DIRECTV stream app on a streaming device or phone/tablet and login with your credentials. Then, thereafter, he counts as an ‘away’ stream and is able to get three simultaneous devices streaming something at the same time.
As alluded to earlier, this has NO Effect on your home streams at all.

Again, your home streams are NOT affected by someone else at a distant location streaming (such as your son).
The problem is likely that you don’t have a static IP. In other words, you have a dynamic IP that is constantly changing and so DIRECTV stream cannot grant you the 20 simultaneous home streams.
Therefore, depending on your ISP, you will need to request one and it may cost something. If you have questions feel free to drop your ISP name and I’ll be willing to research for you.
