I haven't been able to watch on any devices. Error code 8003.

Service has not worked since December 30th. I have called and chatted frequently with no available solution.
I did all of the suggested fixes dozens of times on each device, including with an tech on the phone. They do not solve the problem. Frustrated for 15 days.
I get error code 8003
How can we improve?
