Update has hurt the service

1) Unable to continually scroll the guide, when you get to the bottom you have to go all the way back up. 

2) When going back to the guide you are started at the top, not the channel you are currently watching.

3) DVR fastforward has become more complicated

We are here to help get your service back up and running, .

 

We suggest that you reset your equipment as this will refresh everything. This will help  with the channel guide as well as the fast forwarding for the DVR being out of sync.

 

Also, is this related to DTV or U-verse?

@DIRECTVhelp - do you guys even pretend to read posts before you respond to them?  The poster was complaining that the new version of the app changed things, and not in a way they were happy about.  They didn't say they weren't "running", and your "suggestions" would accomplish exactly nothing.  Also, they posted to a DirecTV Stream forum, so it's pretty unlikely it would be about U-Verse (or DirecTV).

For that matter, you are posting as a DirecTV Support rep, but your signature shows AT&T - make up your mind.  Those are 2 different companies now.
