Why won't you acknowledge that there is an audio problem when streaming with ROKU
Frequent audio failures every few hours, persistent since ATT NOW.
In the years since I first started using ATT TV NOW I have seen no acknowledgement of this issue by ATT or DirectTV Stream. If you won't acknowledge the problem you will never fix it. Your suggestions are (Edited per community guidelines), My patience is running out.
Acknowledge it or you are fired, plenty of comparable options
