Cannot watch DirecTV on my computer

Waiting for installation (this Saturday), we were told that we could watch through the app or online.  My phone will stream however my computer keeps making me log in and then goes back to the guide. It will not allow us to watch anything.

We'd love to help you here! To use your computer, you need to go to Main Website sign into your account and then go to "watch Now". The DIRECTV App is only for mobile device.

That hasn't worked for me for over a month. Calls to customer service are useless.

Yes it is. I'm a twenty year customer. I called customer service today for the third time in six weeks. I was told it was a migration issue. It appears that when they switched accounts from directv to att not everything was migrated over, call back in about a month if it doesn't resolved itself.     Hey I got a bridge for sale.

I'm having the same problem. I called this morning and the guy I talked to said directv is supposedly upgrading in my area. He said it might take a day or two to get the situation resolved. Meanwhile, I can't watch on my pc. As compensation, the dude told me he would credit my account $5.00. A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS AND I GET OFFERED $5.00.  Then he said he would give me free movie channels for 3 months. What good is that if I can't even watch now? Calling directv and AT&T is useless. I'm thinking I'll cancel my subscription and go with Spectrum. Thanks for nothing Directv and AT&T. Oh, BTW Yetti, I was told by a technical support at Directv TO download the app because you can't troubleshoot from the website directly. You guys need to get on the same page. If I'd done my job like this before I retired, I would have been fired. This is ABSURD!!!!!

Watching on a computer uses the internet not the sats so there is no updating in your area.
