Can't Activate DVR for download and streaming

I have deleted and re-installed the iPad app and now it says "We couldn't activate your DVR for downloading and streaming" Please try again (100)

When activating the DIRECTV app on your mobile device, please make sure your mobile device and HD DVR are connected to the same home WIFI network.

I have the same problem with my iPad.  In the past, I was able to watch my local channels.  Now I receive the same error message even though I am connected to the same WiFi network.  Called technical support and they were of no help at all.  Frustrating!

I still can't access it on my i-pad but it does work in my i-phone. Must be a new app programing error.
