Can't get HBO Go to work

How do I get my HBO to work?  I've tried logging in on my directv for HBO and it say's I don't have it.  It's been several days since I changed my plan and it includes HBO.  I was also told that I will be billed and then in a couple of months start receiving credits.  Is that correct?  I'm not sure how I get a free benefit and be billed for it and then receive credits.

I can confirm that several of our plans include HBO.  In order to access this, you need to create a DirecTV NOW account, as HBO GO does not work with our free of charge HBO offer. You can click here for more information on DirecTV NOW and how to sign up so you can redeem your free of charge HBO offer. Thank you very much.

Hi @slkpugh03,

 

If you signed up for an unlimited plan with a mobility account, HBO has to be added to your DIRECTV account. To verify if it is on the account, check to see if you can tune into those channels. If not, chat with us and we can get this corrected. If you are able to stream, reset your  DIRECTV password, this has resolved issues like this in the past. 

 

If you do not have DIRECTV, you will find information here on how to create  DIRECTV NOW account to stream.

Hi, I logged into hbogo and it says I do not have the subscription for it.
