Can't get TLCGo to activate

Every time I try to get TLCGo to activate I go through all the proper procedures. I log in to tlc.com/activate. I choose Direct TV. I log in with the correct email and address for Direct TV. Then I receive this message. 

Failure of server APACHE bridge:


No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

 

What in the world does any of that mean and why am I having so many problems?

I am sorry to hear of the issues with accessing TLCgo! I can definitely understand the concern with being unable to access features which are available with your subscription. I would be more than happy to provide some additional assistance with this.

FWIW - my wife's Samsung tablet was having the same problem. I resolved it by opening Chrome and signing in to DirecTV and then launched TLCgo and then was able to sign in,

Just go to Direct Tv home page and Sign in, then try again onthe apps.

It worked for me

I download the TLCGo app on my phone and tried logging in to see if it recognized my account. It signed me in with no problem. Then I went to the TLC webpage on my laptop and was able to sign-in.

 

I went back to the TLCGo app on my RokuTV and again it wouldn't recognize the 6 digit code so I turned off my uBlock Chrome browser extension and reloaded the page.  Success! It signed me in. Smiley Happy

 

I'm guessing some AdBlocking browser extensions prevents the page from being redirected and that prevents the app from completing the processing that verifies you're a subscriber. But I'm guessing.  Smiley Happy  I hope this helps somebody.

when I was trying to activate TLC and ID go, I put in the code and put my cable subscription after when I put in the code it said gone that is not activated.

Have you tried deleting cookies? If not please do it and try to log in with your credentials.
