Channel 2 Playback Issues

Recorded shows on Channel 2 do not play back. Says taking too long to load.

We'd love to help you here! are you getting any error code? We'd love to suggest a few fixes that may helps resolve your concern.

To get started, we suggest that you Reset your Modem and also Refresh your DIRECTV equipment.
