Direct tv app

Trying to see my channel lineup,  not working. 

Trying to add remove channels,  not working. 

Trying to change my plan,  not working. 

 

I mean whats the point of having the app if nothing will load when I try to do something.

Hello @JoshuaT, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, as well as clear all cache and cookies?

Occasionally apps may require to solves the issue.
Let us know if this makes a difference.

I keep getting the message ‘can not connect, try again later.

I have an iPhone 7Plus and the app will not load the change plan, add or remove channels, or view channel lineup screens. Haven’t been able to access since I upgraded to the premier plan years ago.

What iOS version do you have on your iPhone 7?  You need to have iOS 10 or newer for the DirecTV app.
