Direct tv on iPad doesn’t play all my channels

I have recently upgraded my package to Xtra and my direct tv app on my iPad says I️ need to upgrade my package to view the channels I️ have already upgraded to. What do I️ need to do to be able to view them?

When I try to watch TV using the app on my tablet it keeps saying that every channel is "unavailable with my package", however I have the channels in my package and can also watch them without a problem on my tv.

Hi @Scooter52,

 

Sorry to read your new channels are not showing up on the app! I have two solutions that may help. You may need to refresh your online account, this article explains how to do that. If that does not help, uninstalling and reinstalling the app may. For further assistance, feel free to chat with our teams.

I tried it on my iPhone and it still isn’t letting me watch the upgraded channels I should be able to watch with the Xtra package programming I upgraded to. Any other suggestions?
